Location : ：Lane 9, Section 3, Guohua Street (Ximen Asakusa Business District)
Pricing : ：First three hours: NT$1,500. From the fourth hour onwards: NT$350 per hour
Minimum rental is three hours, charged in hourly units. Any time less than one hour is rounded up to one hour.
Deposit : ：A 50% deposit must be paid within two days of booking for the reservation to be confirmed.

Rules & Guidelines
By using this space, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities. Violators will bear all legal liabilities and compensate the lessor for all tangible and intangible losses:
- Obscene, pornographic acts or activities harmful to the physical and mental health of children and adolescents, sexual harassment, or violations of public order and good morals.
- Infringement of privacy, intellectual property rights, or acts involving insults or defamation.
- Spreading rumors or false information that could adversely affect social order.
- Gambling or advertising or selling prohibited items.
- Violence, threats, intimidation, or incitement to commit crimes.
- Money laundering or funding terrorist organizations.
- Securities or financial product analysis, recommendations, operations, price manipulation, or illegally accepting deposits.
- Advertising, selling, or promoting drugs or medical devices, as well as providing medical consultations or services.
- Cooking, igniting open flames (including but not limited to incense or candles), bringing hazardous materials, generating noise, or disrupting public peace (including but not limited to using microphones or loudspeakers, singing, playing musical instruments, or shouting).
- Smoking or using similar products (including but not limited to cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and hookahs), or consuming illegal substances.
- Bringing animals (except service dogs such as guide or hearing dogs).
- Funeral-related services or activities (including but not limited to spirit summoning, memorial services, exorcisms, simulated funeral rites filming, or bringing items such as urns or ancestral tablets).
- Any form of damage, pollution, or alteration to the space’s interior decorations, equipment, or facilities.
- Engaging in activities without prior approval from the lessor.
- Entering early or staying beyond the rental period, or occupying areas outside the rented space.
